ExamsDojo

AI-assisted PTE, IELTS and TOEFL practice — automated scoring and criterion-level feedback for learners, with management tools for institutes.

Practice platforms often leave learners waiting for a teacher to mark every attempt. ExamsDojo automates the routine first-pass scoring against criteria implemented in the product and returns criterion-level feedback, so teaching time can go where it changes an outcome. Scores are practice estimates, not official results.

Pipeline

A digital trade-publishing platform — issues, research, webinars, awards and events in one place.

A trade publication runs on more than articles. Vendors submit research, sponsors book webinars, award entries come in, events need pages and members need a home. Pipeline holds all of it together, so the editorial side and the community side of the business share one audience instead of five separate tools.

Live Accreditation · Compliance

Platform for AB

The platform behind an independent accreditation body — programmes, public directories and a client portal.

An accreditation body is only as credible as it is verifiable. The platform publishes its programmes against recognised international standards, keeps public directories of accredited bodies and the organisations they certify, and flags false accreditation claims, while giving applicants and assessors a clear way to engage.

Certyze

Certification lifecycle software — from client intake to an approved certificate, governed across every franchise.

Certification bodies juggle intake, audit planning, auditor availability, nonconformities and certificate approvals, often across spreadsheets and inboxes. Certyze puts the whole lifecycle in one system built around ISO/IEC 17021-1, 17025 and 17065 expectations, with approval gates where head office needs the final say.

Live Fintech · Real estate lending

Real Estate Lending Platform

A private real estate lending platform — five loan products, online pre-approval and draw requests.

Real estate investors win or lose deals on speed. The platform lays out the loan products clearly, lets an investor submit a deal for pre-approval online, and keeps the process simple: submit the deal, receive a commitment, then complete appraisal and underwriting. After closing, draw requests are handled in the same place.

Docsliy

AI drafting, Aadhaar eSign and e-Stamping in one workflow — for Indian businesses and legal teams.

An Indian business contract usually crosses several hands: a drafter, a reviewer, a stamp vendor and a signing round. Docsliy brings those steps into one platform. Drafts start from a plain-language brief, clauses are risk-scored, duty is paid electronically for the right state and signatures are collected through licensed Aadhaar eSign.

SmileAge Initiative Trust

A health-literacy platform for healthy ageing — programs, events, resources and online giving in one place.

Preventive health knowledge does not reach everyone equally. The trust works on health literacy, oral health, HPV awareness and preventive care across life stages, and its site brings the programs, events, a health literacy hub, ways to get involved and donations together so each audience has a clear route.

Built to be used every day, not just launched.

Every Aviox product starts from a real bottleneck, is judged on the outcome it delivers for its users and keeps improving release after release.

The Aviox product lifecycle

A lifecycle that never closes.

The classic SDLC assumes the thing you build behaves the same on Tuesday as it did on Friday. Anything with a model in it does not — so ours has no final phase. This is the sequence we run our own products on, and the one your build runs on too. There is no separate playbook for internal work.

Stage 01

Shape

Before anything is built. Nothing is built until there is a number to move and a harness that can fail the build.

Phase 01

Signal & baseline

We measure the process before we touch it — touch counts, cycle times, error rates, cost per transaction — and audit whether the data that would feed a model actually exists. Most of what gets called a modelling problem turns out to be a data problem at this step.

Output: a measured baseline and the single number the build has to move.
Phase 02

Blueprint the seams

Architecture, data contracts, the permission model and the human-in-the-loop boundary — decided and written down. Multi-tenancy, roles and billing seams go in here because they are cheap now and brutal to retrofit, even when there is only one tenant.

Output: a blueprint, and an explicit line between what the system decides and what a person decides.
Phase 03

Evaluation before the feature

This is the phase the classic SDLC has no slot for, and the one that decides everything after it. A golden dataset of your real cases, scored for accuracy, faithfulness and correct refusal, wired into CI as a build gate — written before the capability it judges.

Output: a harness that can fail a release, and agreed thresholds for when it should.
Stage 02

Build

Continuous, in weekly slices. Real users see the first one before a roadmap exists, because the roadmap you write beforehand is usually wrong.

Phase 04

Thin vertical slices

One workflow, one user type, one number — built end to end and put behind a flag in front of a handful of real users. Not a prototype to demo, a slice to learn from. Engineering is AI-assisted throughout, with the same review bar as anything hand-written.

Output: a working slice in production, flagged off for everyone else.
Phase 05

Prove and harden

Tests, type checks and the evaluation suite all gate the merge — if the evals regress, the pipeline fails like any other test. Then prompt-injection probing, PII redaction checks, role-scoped retrieval tests, load and cost-per-action runs.

Output: a release that passed a gate rather than a review meeting.
Stage 03

Run & learn

For as long as it lives. This is where the classic lifecycle says “maintenance” and quietly stops caring.

Phase 06

Release reversibly

Canary rollout, shadow mode where a wrong answer would be expensive, and feature flags on model changes as well as code changes — because both are releases. Rollback measured in minutes is what makes shipping often actually safe.

Output: a release you can reverse before the incident channel fills up.
Phase 07

Observe, then re-baseline

Activation, retention, quality scores and cost per action on one dashboard from week one. Drift monitored against the harness, production samples fed back into the golden set, and the measurement from Phase 01 taken again — which starts the loop over.

Output: evidence that becomes the next baseline, and a conversation about facts rather than opinions.
Phase 07 feeds Phase 01. That is the whole point.

A model that was accurate at launch drifts as your data, your customers and your own policies move. So the lifecycle has no final phase — production evidence re-baselines the next cycle, and the evaluation set grows from the cases production got wrong.

  • Observe
  • Re-baseline
  • Grow the eval set

Questions

Before you get started.

Asked most often by prospective users, clients and partners.

  • Nine products: ExamsDojo (AI-assisted PTE, IELTS and TOEFL practice), Pipeline (digital trade publishing), Platform for AB (programmes and public directories), Certyze (certification lifecycle software), a Real Estate Lending Platform (private real estate lending), Docsliy (contract drafting, eSign and e-Stamping), SmileAge Initiative Trust (a nonprofit health-literacy platform), LA Talk Radio (an internet talk-radio station) and Panacea English (an English-learning website).

  • Yes. Each product has its own detail page here and a link to its live site, so you can read what it does and then open it. Capability descriptions are limited to what each product currently does.

  • Yes. Use the Book a demo form, pick the product and a preferred time, and we will confirm by email.

  • Yes. Building products for clients is the core of the services work. The products listed here are separate from client work. To scope a build, request a quote.

  • Each product's own site states its terms, privacy policy and the entity that operates it. Check those before you sign up or share data, because they can differ from the Aviox website terms.

  • Products appear on this page only once they are live. No roadmap is published here.

  • Some do. ExamsDojo uses AI-assisted scoring and Docsliy uses AI-assisted drafting and review. Others, such as the publishing, radio and lending platforms, are conventional web products. Each detail page says what the product actually does.

  • Start with the product's own site for account help. For anything about how it was built, or to talk to us, use the contact form.
