VerySoul is a public benefit platform that connects clients seeking guidance with trusted mediums from around the world. The website provides evidence-based, compassionate spiritual services in 11 languages and fosters a global community of over 2,000 certified mediums. To support seamless service delivery and efficient management, a custom WordPress booking plugin was developed for three main user groups: Mediums, Clients, and Administrators.

The objective of this project was to create a visually appealing and emotionally resonant digital platform that strengthens user connection, improves engagement, and supports Verysoul’s long-term growth strategy.

Roles & Responsibilities
I implemented role-based access controls enabling differentiated experiences for Mediums, Clients, and Admins. Mediums can accept or reject booking requests, monitor session/message status, send secure emails, and view payment history via a custom dashboard. Clients are offered a streamlined journey to discover mediums, book appointments, review their entire session history, save videos, and interact via live chat and support. Admins benefit from advanced analytics charts displaying medium stats, payment flows, blocking capabilities, and user/session monitoring. My efforts ensured seamless integration between WordPress and FlexBooker, robust data validation, and optimized database management. Real-time notifications, session video archiving, and integrated support enhance platform reliability and user trust.
