Built with Django and Django REST Framework (DRF), the platform supports structured, branded, and fully remote video interviews. Its robust backend architecture enables seamless management of candidate data, interview scheduling, and secure video storage. With the capability to handle over 10,000 interviews per month, Shortlister ensures consistency, fairness, and efficiency in hiring through automation and reliable performance.
