The system functions as a full CRM and logistics management tool, enabling the company to manage product data, customer purchases, shipping workflows, and order tracking from a centralized platform.
The project also includes a customer-facing portal that allows clients to view their order history and track the shipping status of their purchased mobility devices in real time.
