Roles & Responsibilities
I led the UI/UX design implementation for both customer-facing journeys and broker portals. Major contributions included architecting a flow for “instant rate” quotes, which allows users to input data and receive a loan offer in minutes—without affecting their credit score. I built adaptive components that made it easy for users to check eligibility, calculate repayments, and complete the loan application digitally.
